Gosh, I don’t know about you, but I sure don’t have a lot of time in my life to slave over a stove in the mornings, much less make a full blown breakfast! Cinnamon Raisin Brown Rice Breakfast Porridge
What do you think about when you hear the word porridge? Do you think of Goldilocks and the 3 Bears? I do. I would say that’s because I’m from Ohio and we don’t have porridge. We have grits, cream of wheat and oatmeal (which are all 15 minute and under breakfasts too haha). Becoming vegan has opened my world up to so many different foods I have never thought about eating, and porridge is one of them. Oh, and if you are new to the porridge game, it’s basically any grain boiled in milk until it turns creamy. And it’s YUMMO!
Strawberry Infused Breakfast Quinoa
Quinoa for breakfast?! Oh yes please! So, on a side note, have you every realized that Joaquin’s (Phoenix) name sounds like Quinoa. backwards?! You’re welcome!

Ok people, time to get serious. I have a confession, I am a cinnamon roll loving fool. I’m not kidding. It’s just embarrassing. But my weakness is your gain. I search the internet far and wide to find vegan cinnamon roll recipes and my God, I’ve found one that you can make in a mug in less than 15 minutes. I’m sure the comment section is going to be flooded with thank you letters. Enjoy!
Southwest Vegan Breakfast Burrito
I love tofu scramble! And I love burritos. Put them together and you got an amazing start to your day. I could and would actually eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That’s how much I love Tofu Scramble and Burritos.
The only thing that I would like to add to this recipe is if you like your tofu scramble to taste more “eggy” just add black salt. You won’t believe how much it will make tofu taste like eggs. Pretty amazing and it’s a game changer. Every vegan should have some in their pantry.

Homemade English Muffins
It honestly has never crossed my mind to make my own English Muffins until one day, on a whim, I bought some. As I was waiting for them to toast, I read the ingredients. Let’s just say we can do better guys! Here is a fabulous and easy recipe if you are tired of weird ingredients in what should be simple foods (such as your basic English Muffin… am I right?!)
