FOR THE CAKE, YOU WILL NEED

  1. Non-Dairy Milk
  2. Water
  3. Vegetable Oil

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Open packet of carrots into a bowl with 1/2 cup warm water. Let carrots soak for 5 minutes. Do not drain.
  2. Pour cake mix into bowl. Add 1 cup non-dairy milk, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup oil and rehydrated carrots. Mix well.
  3. Split batter evenly between two 8″ round pans. Bake 22-25 minutes or when toothpick inserted in center comes clean.

FOR THE FROSTING, YOU WILL NEED

  1. Non-Dairy Milk or Water
  2. Vegan Butter

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING MARGARINE.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour frosting mix into a bowl.
  2. Add 1/2 cup softened vegan butter to mix and beat until VERY well blended.
  3. Add 1 TBS. of water or non-dairy milk at a time and blend until desired thickness is achieved.
