Vegan Peanut Butter Protein Pancake and Waffle Mix

Power up with these tasty peanut butter protein pancakes. With 8 grams of protein per pancake (thatโ€™s right, I said it) we definitely stack up next to the competition (see what I did there). And, did I mention theyโ€™re vegan! Next time someone asks you where you get your protein, you can smile and say pancakes!

  1. Mix
  2. Water
  3. Vegetable Oil (Optional)


  1. Lightly grease and heat griddle or waffle iron to 375 degrees or medium heat.
  2. Pour mix into a bowl and add mix, water and vegetable oil (optional). Mix until all the big lumps are gone. Mix will be slightly lumpy.
  3. Measure 1/4 cup of batter and pour onto hot griddle.
  4. Wait for bubbles on the top of the pancake to begin to pop and then flip. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  5. For Waffles: Pour desired amount of batter onto waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
