Vegan Vanilla Cinnamon Pancake and Waffle Mix

Why make plain olโ€™ pancakes when you can have Vanilla Cinnamon ones?! Um, thatโ€™s a no brainer, right?! ย These light and fluffy pancakes taste like Sunday morning with just the perfect amount of vanilla and a hint of Cinnamon. So good that syrup is optional!

  1. Mix
  2. Water
  3. Vegetable Oil (Optional)


  1. Lightly grease and heat griddle or waffle iron to 375 degrees or medium heat.
  2. Pour mix into a bowl and add mix, water and vegetable oil (optional). Mix until all the big lumps are gone. Mix will be slightly lumpy.
  3. Measure 1/4 cup of batter and pour onto hot griddle.
  4. Wait for bubbles on the top of the pancake to begin to pop and then flip. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  5. For Waffles: Pour desired amount of batter onto waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
