For the Cake
- 21 oz Simple VGN. Vanilla Cake Mix*
- 12 oz Any Vegan-Friendly Root Beer
- 1 Scoop Non-Dairy Ice Cream (Softened) Roughly 1/3 C
For the Root Beer Glaze
- 12 oz Simple VGN. Vanilla Frosting Mix
- 1/4 Vegan Friendly Root beer
Preparing the Cake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease 9×13” pan
Pour Simple VGN Vanilla Cake Mix into bowl, then slowly pour in root beer
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream
Mix until all lumps are gone
Bake 20-22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Preparing the Glaze
Let cake cool, while you work on the glaze
Pour 12 oz Simple VGN Vanilla Frosting Mix into mixing bowl with 1/4 cup root beer and mix well
Pour glaze over cake. Serve with a scoop of Non-Dairy Vanilla Ice Cream
